1、探索AI 大模型在电商业务中的应用，包括但不限于用户意图理解、多模态商品检索、智能对话导购、生成式推荐、通用问答&商家互动智能助手、定价辅助建议、AIGC投放素材生成，补贴策略决策、智能补货、销量预测、Ai数字化运营平台等 2、参与生成式大模型的能力构建，包括但不限于模型设计、prompt优化、预训练、模型加速、数据集能力建设等； 3、深入理解业务需求，设计并优化AI大模型算法，提升模型性能和准确性，确保模型在实际业务场景中的高效运行； 4、进行模型微调，以适应不同电商业务场景的需求，确保模型性能的最优化； 5、了解并评估AI技术的最新发展，探索新技术在电商业务场景中的应用，解决落地过程中的技术难题。

1、2年以上工作经验。具备AI大模型（如GPT、LLaMA、文心一言等）的应用开发与落地经验，熟悉大模型工程链路构建，熟悉 RAG、微调、知识库建设等相关技术。有通过大模型进行策略决策和优化相关相关工作经验优先。 2、能利用ReAct、Function Calling等框架完成多步骤推理与工具调用，以解决复杂问题排查与决策 3、 熟悉Transformer架构，并了解PyTorch/TensorFlow深度学习框架，同时对模型量化、vLLM推理加速等生产级部署技术有实践经验者优先考虑 4、有传统搜推工程经验，对于大模型工程有兴趣也可。
