The posting

1、基于大模型与 AI Agent 技术，构建查验、鉴别、核验类智能决策系统，实现从规则判断向自主推理、多步骤核验的升级。 2、负责 Agent 核心能力设计与实现，包括任务拆解、多步骤规划、证据链检索与校验、工具调用、结果复核与反思等模块。 3、结合查验鉴别业务特点，设计并优化多模态 / 多源信息融合决策逻辑，提升鉴别准确率、召回率与鲁棒性。 4、负责 Agent 系统工程化落地，包括流程编排、接口封装、异常处理、日志与监控，保证高可用与可迭代。 5、搭建 Agent 评测体系，量化任务完成率、决策一致性、误判率、漏判率、推理效率等关键指标，形成迭代闭环。 6、与传统 CV/NLP/ 风控算法团队协同，将 Agent 能力与现有鉴别模型、规则引擎深度融合。 7、跟踪前沿 Agent 技术（ReAct、Plan+Execute、Self-Correction、Multi-Agent 等），并落地到查验鉴别场景。

1、计算机、数学、电子信息等相关专业硕士以上学历。 2、熟悉大模型应用开发，具备Prompt 工程、Function Calling、RAG、结构化输出等实践经验。 3、理解并实现过至少一类 Agent 框架，如 LangChain/LlamaIndex/ReAct/AutoGPT 等，能独立设计 Agent 执行流程。 4、算法基础扎实：熟悉分类、检索、决策逻辑、置信度评估、证据链推理等，有鉴别 / 审核 / 风控 / 核验类项目经验优先。 5、具备较强的问题拆解能力，能将复杂查验鉴别需求转化为清晰的 Agent 决策链路。 6、工作严谨细致，对误判、漏判、异常 case 敏感，有质量意识和复盘习惯。

加分项： 1、有内容鉴别、目标检测核验、票据 / 凭证查验、风险识别、审核质检等相关业务经验。 2、有传统 AI（CV/NLP/ 知识图谱 / 规则引擎）与 LLM Agent 融合落地经验。 3、熟悉多模态信息处理、证据链构建与可信度评估。 4、具备系统评测、AB 实验、指标体系搭建经验。 5、有Agent 稳定性优化、幻觉抑制、少样本 / 冷启动相关经验。
