1、AIGC智创平台及创新类玩法功能的孵化，包括但不限于图文创作，视频创作，3D模型生成等方向。 2、负责视频/图片创作类Agent相关的研发和应用，基于不同类型的实际运用场景，进行Agent全链路技术方案选型及优化工作，致力以大模型相关技术助推业务发展； 3、结合业务把技术转化成线上产品，影响千千万万的视频、图片创作者；丰富内容体裁形式，文/图/视频/空间模型等；

1、计算机、数学、人工智能、电子工程、通信等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉NLP、CV、ML等相关的技术，深入理解大模型或图片视频生成等相关技术栈（如RLHF、SFT、Dit/Vit/Transformer等）； 3、有视频/图片创作项目经验，有强化学习结合大模型落地经验，有文案生成、创意生成、素材编辑、AI特效等有相关经验优先； 4、熟悉3D场景重建相关技术体系，了解该方向最新学界、业界技术动向，对于如3DGS及其延展算法方向有深入理解。并有实际项目经验优先； 5、出色的独立思考、自主探索能力，出色的问题分析及解决能力。良好的团队沟通协作者； 6、有实际的应用项目作品展示者优先。
