1、产品管理：负责AIoT平台产品的完整生命周期—规划、设计、运营与迭代，构建覆盖"云-边-端"的设备接入、数据汇聚与能力开放体系 2、AI+IoT：将AI融入IoT全链路——从设备数据智能解析、异常自动归因，到Agent的多源证据串联与自动化决策； 3、通用AI探索：引入多模态等前沿模型能力，探索自然语言驱动的设备交互、智能运维等广义AI场景 4、跨系统协同：推动统一事件模型与标准接口，构建从物理现场到业务决策的数据链路

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上物联网/安防/工业互联网产品经验 2、熟悉主流物联网、视频云相关方案和技术，理解IoT平台核心能力模型能独立完成平台功能规划和建设 3、理解"云-边-端"架构，对边缘计算、算力规划、网络环境等有实际判断力 4、优先条件：有视频云平台建设经验者优先 5、对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，有AIoT或大模型相关项目经验者优先 我们希望你积极拥抱AI 1、使用AI融入工作— 日常用LLM/Agent辅助需求分析、调研、文档、数据分析，不是只让研发用 2、把AI当工具不是噱头 — 遇到故障预测、异常归因、多源证据串联，主动想能不能用Agent自动化 3、关注大模型与Agent演进 — 对多模态、RAG、Agent框架有持续跟进
