1、具有扎实的编程功底，良好的架构设计能力和编程习惯，熟练掌握Java，Android； 2、深入理解和掌握Android系统服务、UI、多线程、数据存储等技术，熟练使用主流第三方框架并熟悉原理； 3、有app性能优化等相关经验，了解或熟悉framework工作原理优先； 4、有过kotlin开发经验优先，有过Android插件化，组件化，热修复开发经验优先； 5、思维活跃，热爱钻研业界新技术，喜欢coding。

加分项： 1、了解或熟悉Flutter，RN，跨平台相关技术； 2、了解或熟悉c++/Python/JavaScript/Go语言优先； 3、有开源项目者，知名技术博客者优先。
