1. 上游供给端：海外货源网络的搭建与管理 - 全球货源拓展： 负责开发并引入海外源头供给资源，包括但不限于：国际品牌海外总部/分公司、海外大型买手店/百货商场、免税渠道运营商、海外品牌授权代理商及优质折扣库存渠道； - 跨境采购谈判： 针对不同国家的供应商，进行跨国商务谈判，争取具有国际市场竞争力的采购价格、独家款式、中国区代理权或优先分货权。 2. 下游需求端：中国跨境进口卖家的精准挖掘与赋能 - 卖家画像定义： 精准定位并拓展下游买家群体——平台卖家（得物、POIZON等等）、私域进口产品分销商、线下买手店/中古店/潮流集合店等； - 需求理解、匹配和转化： 理解卖家需求，精准分发货盘，促成批量采购交易。 3. 核心价值：高效的跨境货盘分发与撮合 - 分发机制设计： 建立高效的B2B货盘分发体系，迅速触达最匹配卖家群体； - 跨境交易链路优化： 优化交易流程，解决物流、清关、退换货等实操问题。 4. 经验沉淀与系统化建设（核心战略） - 建立海外品牌/中国卖家数据库： 总结不同品牌和卖家的特点，建立商家数据库和标签体系； - 选品与成交模型复盘： 从过往的跨境交易数据中提炼规律——什么样的海外品牌、价格区间、库存深度、授权层级最适合哪类中国跨境进口卖家？将“采购经验”转化为“可复用的数据模型”； - 推动产品迭代： 将总结出的匹配逻辑和跨境进口业务SOP，输出为产品需求，协同技术团队打造更智能的海外货源分发系统，逐步实现从人工吆喝到系统智能匹配的升级。

【任职要求】 1. 经验要求 - 3-5年国际品牌采购/跨境供应链/海外BD经验优先； - 有管理国际品牌卖家的经历优先，熟悉国际品牌的的买卖家需求，知道国际品牌的买卖家在哪里； - 拥有海外品牌方/买手店/百货/折扣渠道资源者优先。 2. 核心能力 - 选品敏感度： 知道什么样的货在中国市场好卖； - 双边沟通能力： 既能和老外谈生意，又能懂中国卖家的需求。
