The posting

1. 负责供应链经营及财务结果的分析、滚动预测等工作，根据洞察发现问题/风险并提出财务视角的建议； 2. 从供应链财务BP角度参与供应链降本增效工作。提供高质量财务业务支持观点及建议，协助提高业务运营效率及防范业务运营过程中潜在的风险； 3. 重点项目的财务BP，参与项目的财务侧各任务搭建与落地； 4. 参与及推进供应链成本线上化的相关项目。

能力要求： 1、具备财务基础知识；掌握对仓储或运输等成本领域有较深入的分析与计划能力； 2、了解供应链多样业务线知识，了解业务想法与诉求，从财务角度对所负责的工作有独立思考并提出问题的能力，愿意主动承担解决问题的责任。能够挖掘所负责成本部分的机会点，掌握精益、损失消除等方法论，有效推进供应链的降本增效工作； 3、能够参与线上化项目需求输入并推动进展；对财务数据管理有深入的认识； 4、具备冲突管理的能力，并能够与多部门达成一致支持完成业务结果； 5、了解项目管理知识，能够作为供应链重点项目的财务支持角色；能够正确的给与项目ROI分析评估，主动对相关风险进行预警并提供可选解决方案。

任职要求： 1. 5年或以上供应链成本分析工作经验，其中最少2年互联网电商、新零售或物流/快递头部企业供应链财务工作经历，有四大会计事务所审计工作经历或世界500强制造业或FMCG企业供应链（制造、仓储等）财务分析工作经历优先考虑； 2. 或者7年以上世界500强制造业或FMCG企业供应链物流运营经验，有过运营分析/预算分析相关经历。 3. 财务经管或其他理工科本科学士学位，硕士学历或具有注册会计师或同等资格的专业资格证书优先考虑（CPA、ACCA、CIMA）； 4. 思维灵活，具有敏锐的商业逻辑和判断能力以及数字分析能力，较强的沟通能力 5. 熟练使用Excel以及PowerPoint；熟悉VBA，Power Query，Python，BI系统（例如Power BI，Tableau，FineBI）等高级工具为加分项； 6. 具备团队合作精神，工作严谨、责任心强，做事踏实，有较高的工作效率并能承受工作压力； 7. 具有良好的职业道德观，诚实正直。
