  • 平台交易生态规则体系建设：主导商家准入、商品发布、交易履约、售后服务等平台规则的设计与迭代，搭建公平、透明、可追溯的规则体系；协助搭建品牌方、商家、服务商的合规合作框架。
  • 业务风险主动防控与争议解决：制定高风险场景前置防控策略，协助业务团队处理重大客诉、知识产权纠纷及监管检查，优化争议处理机制。
  • 合规支持与跨部门协同：面向运营、产品等团队开展合规培训，沉淀合规checklist和典型风险案例库；推动法务、产品、技术、运营在新业务上线、规则迭代中高效协作。
  • 法学本科及以上学历，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试
  • 3年以上互联网公司或律所电商、互联网合规领域工作经验
  • 熟悉电商行业法律法规及监管趋势，对交易流程合规设计、新业务模式风险评估有深入理解
  • 具备商业敏感度，能从业务目标出发提出合规与增长兼顾的方案
  • 能抽象总结，从个案中提炼系统性根源问题和批量问题并推动解决
  • 沟通协调与项目推动力强，能平衡业务创新需求与合规底线
