岗位职责： 业务财务伙伴：深入类目业务线，与业务负责人及运营团队紧密协作，为类目经营决策提供财务分析支持，推动业务财务一体化。 经营分析：搭建类目维度的财务分析体系，包括但不限于收入成本分析、毛利分析、品类盈利能力评估、促销活动ROI分析等，输出高质量分析报告。 预算管理：主导类目年度预算编制、滚动预测，跟踪预算执行偏差，深入分析差异原因并提出改善建议。 定价与成本管控：参与商品定价策略制定，建立成本管控模型，监控供应链成本、履约费用等关键指标，推动降本增效。 业务决策支持：针对新品类拓展、供应商谈判、库存策略等重大业务决策，提供财务测算与风险评估。 流程优化：推动财务流程与业务系统的对接与优化，提升数据准确性和分析效率，建立类目财务管理SOP。 团队管理：带领类目财务BP团队，制定团队目标与成长路径，培养财务BP人才梯队。

任职要求： 学历背景：本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业，CPA/ACCA/CMA等专业资格优先。 工作经验： 8年以上财务工作经验，其中至少3年以上财务BP或业务财务相关经验 具有电商、零售、消费品行业背景，熟悉类目运营逻辑者优先 有团队管理经验 专业能力： 精通财务分析、预算管理、成本管控等核心财务技能 具备较强的商业敏感度和业务洞察力，能将财务数据转化为业务语言 综合素质： 出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动业务落地 逻辑清晰，具备结构化思维和问题解决能力 抗压能力强，能适应快节奏的电商环境 具备从0到1搭建体系的能力和创新意识 加分项 互联网头部公司财务BP经验
