1、负责/参与得物社区搜索大搜索相关业务&复杂算法召回排序策略的工程化落地，把控代码和系统架构设计合理性 2、负责/参与得物社区AI智能搜索创新业务的产品功能和算法策略的工程化落地，把控代码和系统架构设计合理性，保障AI搜索系统的稳定性和性能，提升搜索体验 3、负责/参与稳定性体系化建设，保障搜索系统的高性能、高可用、高效率，支撑日趋复杂的业务需求迭代，包括但不限于可观测体系、应急响应体系、自动化演练防腐，以及运用ai辅助性能分析、问题发现、定位、止损等稳定性提效 4、负责/参与搜索诊断分析体系建设,包括但不限于搜索评测系统、debug系统、diff归因系统，以及诊断分析agent建设，提升问题诊断分析排查效率

1、至少3年以上搜索/推荐/广告等相关系统经验，有复杂算法召回排序策略应用落地经验者优先 2、熟悉c++主流技术栈，具有高并发开发经验和扎实的技术功底，在得物社区高并发大流量复杂业务场景的冲击中不断实践夯实自身技术能力 3、具有一定的系统设计和架构能力，能够独立完成复杂系统和工程链路的设计和实现,能够随着得物社区算法链路的不断迭代演进中提升自身实战架构水平 4、对AI技术有较强的学习热情，有较强的AI能力，包括但不限于ai工具选项与评估、ai agent开发、设计"AI友好"的技术架构、在技术方案中合理融入AI，主动探索新AI技术在业务中的创新应用等 5、有AI研发提效实践经验，能够帮助团队ai编程范式制定，完成AI研发流程转型，解决ai编程中的疑难杂症，提升ai交付质量和效率 6、面对算法链路中复杂多元化的技术或者业务问题，有较强的分析解决能力，善于总结沉淀专家经验方法论，有通过AI能力提升问题诊断分析效率经验者优先
