1、负责用户侧生活服务有效增长的产品设计；具备强用户洞察与场景化方案设计能力，持续迭代现有交易模式，兼顾标准化体验与差异化场景适配。 2、深度联动多类目业务方，吃透生活服务不同品类交易、履约差异玩法；协同平台运营，沉淀分品类履约策略，搭建配套订单后台工具；对订单履约效率、用户满意度、交易转化、复购等核心指标共同负责。 3、独立牵头复杂跨团队项目，持续开展行业研究、竞品拆解，结合生活服务行业发展阶段，输出生服增长中长期规划，通过交易链路优化，挖掘交易转化、留存、复购等增长抓手，实现体验与增长双目标。 4、在资源约束下做优先级判断与方案取舍，权衡体验、成本、收益，最大化资源投入产出；主动识别业务风险，持续迭代产品，为业务增长创造价值。

1、5 年及以上互联网产品经验，3 年以上生活服务 / 电商交易产品经验，有非标交易（本地服务、充值、票务、租赁等）订单产品经验优先。，完整负责过用户侧复杂交易全链路从 0 到 1 或深度迭代，具备跨多团队复杂项目落地实战经验。 2、优秀的数据拆解与逻辑分析能力，擅长从订单、用户行为数据挖掘问题，理解消费者决策心理；具备业务增长思维，能通过交易链路优化驱动转化、复购等增长指标。 3、极强的业务理解力，能快速吃透生活服务各类目差异化玩法；优秀的沟通推动能力，可应对快速变化业务，高抗压，结果导向。
