1、电商用户活跃度核心运营：负责海外电商APP的DAU、日活互动率、用户停留时长、复访率核心指标，围绕电商消费场景，策划落地日常及周期性互动玩法，包含签到积分、任务中心、商城打卡、逛店有礼、限时互动、用户挑战等体系化日常玩法，持续提升平台日活与用户粘性。 2、电商营销互动活动策划落地：结合海外站点大促（黑五、网一、圣诞、新年、当地节庆）、平台日常营销节点，策划适配欧洲等目标市场的电商互动玩法，比如拼团助力、分享裂变、抽奖秒杀、榜单排行、种草互动、新人互动礼等，联动促销活动拉动用户活跃、提升访问频次，助力曝光、加购、转化闭环。 3、本地化玩法打磨与迭代：深度调研海外不同区域用户消费习惯、文化禁忌、购物偏好及竞品电商互动模式，针对性做玩法本地化适配，规避文化、合规、支付相关风险；收集海外用户社区、评论、社群反馈，持续优化玩法流程、奖励机制、参与门槛，提升用户参与率与完成率。 4、数据驱动精细化运营：搭建电商互动玩法数据监控体系，重点监控DAU贡献、玩法参与人数、互动转化率、留存提升、分享裂变效果、用户复访数据等，定期输出数据分析与复盘报告；通过A/B测试优化玩法策略、奖励权益、活动入口，持续迭代优化，实现日活稳步增长。 5、跨部门协同落地：对接产品、研发、设计、跨境运营、本地化、投放团队，同步玩法需求、跟进功能开发、素材落地、多语言适配、上线测试；统筹活动全流程进度、风险把控、上线复盘，保障各类互动玩法稳定高效落地。 6、用户分层精细化互动运营：针对新用户、沉睡用户、活跃用户、高价值付费用户，设计差异化互动任务与激励体系，通过专属互动玩法激活沉睡用户、留存新用户、盘活核心用户，提升整体用户生命周期价值。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上海外电商平台互动运营/用户活跃运营/活动运营经验，深耕跨境电商场景，有APP/商城DAU增长实战经验者，经历过网站0-1,1-10阶段优先； 2、熟悉海外主流市场用户习性，了解海外电商大促节奏、本地化营销玩法，具备独立策划电商互动活动的能力； 3、具备扎实的数据运营能力，可熟练通过数据拆解问题、定位玩法短板，会基础Excel数据分析，会SQL优先，有A/B测试、玩法迭代经验； 4、英语读写流利，可独立完成英文活动文案、玩法说明、本地化审核，能够顺畅对接海外业务与用户内容； 5、结果导向，对DAU、用户留存、互动转化指标有极强的目标感，思维灵活，擅长创新电商轻量化互动玩法； 6、抗压能力强，擅长多项目并行推进，具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力。

优先加分项 1、有Temu、SHEIN、TikTok Shop，aliexpress等主流海外电商平台运营经验优先； 2、擅长用户裂变、社交种草、轻量化互动玩法设计，有DAU增量、留存提升的成功案例； 3、具备产品思维，可独立输出玩法、活动方案、运营SOP者优先； 4、熟悉海外社媒（Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Telegram）传播玩法，可联动社媒做互动引流者优先。
