1、负责得物商单撮合平台的业务支撑工作，角色主要包含B端商家和C端得物社区达人，业务主要包含达人入驻、筛选达人、商家下单、达人接单（抢单）、费用计算、账务处理等。 2、深入理解业务模型，采用合适的系统架构应对多变市场环境带来的需求变动和复杂的业务模型； 3、参与负责平台方向技术规划，优化工程效率研发，数据一致性的保障等； 4、攻克服务中高并发、高稳定性、高复杂度等要求带来的各种挑战及技术难关。

1、5年以上互联网工作经验，计算机软件或相关专业； 2、精通Go语言，有较强的架构能力和良好的代码规范，追求细节，追求完美； 3、逻辑思维能力强，善于分析和解决问题，能够处理复杂业务系统逻辑，具备良好的业务建模能力，能够结合业务场景抽象业务模型，完成技术落地； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列（RocketMQ\KAFKA）等常用服务组件，了解底层原理，具有性能分析和调优经验； 5、对数据敏感，具备优秀的逻辑思维，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，善于解决问题和分析问题。
