1、搭建并持续迭代集团级“企业叙事和心智矩阵体系”：独特商业模式、差异性产品及服务、科技创新典型应用场景等，深入对接公司核心业务线（交易、社区、商研、技术等），充分挖掘企业的特色亮点，将内部语言转化输出为政府领导有共鸣、有记忆度、认知认可的素材和内容； 2、负责CEO/公司高管在政府接待、会议和活动场合的内容输出：了解中央和属地政府的相关政策，深度输出调研汇报稿、参会发言稿、活动演讲等具体内容；通过策划设定议题及扎实有记忆点的内容，让政府领导全面深入了解企业的价值及差异性； 3、与中央和属地政府的政策研究、信息报送等部门建立深度沟通合作：形成具有企业特色亮点、差异化价值的内容类产品，讲好企业成功经营的故事，积极在政府侧打造正面心智； 4、精准定位企业发展与政府产业方向的结合点：深度挖掘政府产业方向和扶持政策，结合企业发展实际所需，精准定位政府产业政策与企业发展的结合点，带来具体的政策扶持项目； 5、用量化思路开展内容策划工作，将内容策划和对政府侧的传播转为支持公司业务发展的实际价值，为企业带来新的增量和差异化价值。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播、中文、经济管理等相关专业背景，8年以上新闻媒体/公共事务/政府事务内容策划经验，有互联网行业经验优先； 2、有中央媒体/官方媒体的文字记者或编辑背景优先，具备高质量的信息挖掘、洞察、观点输出能力； 3、能深入理解公司业务指标与增长逻辑，推动跨部门协作闭环，有独立牵头完成公司级重大项目的经验； 4、优秀的写作与叙事能力：具备站在政府领导受众视角转译信息的能力；能把复杂业务讲清楚、讲好，讲成可传播的成功经营故事。
