1、负责处理公司劳动人事争议纠纷，应对劳动监察、劳动投诉、劳动仲裁及后续诉讼案件等；协调与管理外部律师。 2、研判国家和地方法律与裁判惯例，沉淀有针对性的劳资纠纷解决方案及HR应对指引，及时有效评估与预防用工风险。 3、支持HR团队、与其协同制定、更新和优化员工管理相关合同、规章制度、流程等。 4、协同廉政、内审或HR团队进行员工违规行为调查、收集与固定证据，协助或参与员工面谈。 5、负责起草和审核各项业务合同、法律文件。参与业务合同谈判、日常咨询，承办组织内交办的其他工作。

1、本科以上学历，法学专业（劳动与社会保障或劳动法专业为佳），要求通过法律职业资格考试。 2、要求3年以上、有劳动诉讼或员工关系的工作经验，有互联网劳动法务经验者优先。 3、有专业准确劳动法律分析能力、能够快速给HR/业务提供解决方案，工作积极主动，沟通与抗压能力强。
