1. 负责公司 iOS 客户端基础技术体系建设，包括基础架构、通用基础库、中间件、底层能力、横向 SDK、组件化与模块化治理等方向； 2. 负责客户端研发效率与交付链路优化，包括构建打包、发布系统、工程工具、CI/CD、依赖治理、开发者体验提升等； 3. 负责客户端质量与稳定性闭环建设，包括监控体系、性能优化、Crash/卡顿/启动/包体积治理、线上问题定位与技术风险防控； 4. 负责热修、跨平台、动态化、底层性能等关键技术方向的方案设计、落地和持续演进； 5. 参与核心框架维护与通用工具开发，沉淀可复用的技术能力，支撑业务团队高质量、高效率交付； 6. 关注业界前沿技术，承担重点、难点技术攻坚，推动团队在架构演进、工程效率和 AI 辅助研发方向持续升级。

1、计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 iOS客户端开发经验，具备扎实的 Swift、Objective-C 基础； 2、熟悉 iOS 客户端工程体系，对组件化、模块化、依赖管理、构建发布、性能优化、稳定性治理等至少一个方向有深入实践； 3、技术视野开放，不给自己设边界，愿意深入前后端、工程平台、AI 工具链等相关领域 4、思维活跃，热爱 Coding，关注业界新技术，有持续学习和推动落地的热情

加分项: 熟悉AI Coding 工具链（如 Cursor、Codex、Claude Code 等）; 了解AI Agent的基础工作原理，熟悉MCP、Skills 协议，具备 AI Coding 在团队的推广与落地经验，能够制定AI辅助开发的流程规范、质量管控标准，推动研发效率提升
