职位描述： 1.负责APP客户端功能研发和性能优化，完成高质量的编码，配合产品经理提高用户体验； 2.负责客户端新技术的调研和落地，为市场等其他部门提供产品相关技术支持，解决技术疑难问题； 3.承担重点、难点的技术攻坚、功能扩展，设计良好的代码结构，不断迭代重构； 4.有执着的个人追求、强烈的责任心和团队精神，善于沟通和合作； 5.培养和辅助新人快速成长。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年以上iOS/Android工作经验； 2.有APP性能优化，业务架构升级，模块化组件化，平台化建设等相关经验优先； 3.精通常用软件架构模式，熟悉各种算法与数据结构，多线程，网络编程（Socket、http/web service）等； 4.思维活跃，热爱钻研业界新技术，喜欢coding。

加分项： 1.有开源项目/知名博客优先； 2.有电商业务经验，或者音视频相关业务经验优先。
