岗位职责： 1，IP 商务洽谈与合作拓展：负责 IP 方（版权方/经纪公司/品牌方）的商务对接、合作模式谈判与合同签署，建立并维护 IP 资源库 2，IP × 品类撮合落地：基于平台品类规划，匹配适配 IP 与商家/品牌，推动联名产品从选品、设计审核到上架销售的全链路落地 3，联名项目全流程管理：主导 IP 联名项目的立项、排期、执行与复盘，协调运营/商品/市场/法务等多部门资源，确保项目按时交付 4，商业价值评估与策略输出：对 IP 的商业潜力、粉丝画像、品类适配度进行评估，输出合作策略建议与 ROI 预测 5，行业趋势洞察：跟踪 IP 授权行业动态、竞品联名案例，持续优化平台 IP 合作模式与品类撮合机制

任职要求 1，至少5 年以上潮玩 IP 授权/商务合作/品牌联名相关经验，有电商平台或头部 IP 代理公司背景优先 2，熟悉 IP 授权商业模式（MG+Royalty / 保底分成 / 买断等），具备独立商务谈判与合同条款把控能力 3，有品类运营或商品企划经验，理解电商货品逻辑，能判断 IP 与品类的商业适配性 4，强项目管理能力，能同时推进多个联名项目，跨部门沟通协调能力强 5，数据敏感度高，能从销售/流量/用户维度评估 IP 合作效果并指导后续决策 6，对潮流文化/IP 内容有热情，了解年轻消费群体偏好，有得物/潮玩/服饰类平台经验加分
