1. 具备互联网、物流行业职场、仓储弱电工程项目（10万平以上规模）管理和交付能力； 2. 熟悉职场弱电系统架构，对综合布线系统、网络系统、安防系统、会议系统（飞书、zoom）、机房工程、一卡通系统等懂架构设计和交付管理； 3. 具备IT设备运维体系和流程的搭建能力，满足线下和线上结合完成SLA目标。熟悉同行业（万人规模以上互联网公司）建设标准； 4. 熟悉仓储IT层面网络、系统的架构、监控系统搭建原理，在运维层面除了保障系统稳定性外具备不断优化迭代的意识； 5. 擅长数据分析，通过运维、工单等数据的收集和分析，总结输出通过分析输出降本、提效方案并组织推动落地； 6. 文档汇报能力佳，定期将运维工作以文档的形式总结，对所做的工作取得的成果和未来规划进行总结汇报。

1. 计算机相关专业本科以上学历，五年以上工作经验； 2. 具有一级建造师（机电专业）、PMP、系统集成高级项目经理认证（至少一个）优先考虑； 3. 具备较强的沟通和团队协作能力和独立思考的能力，具备较强的服务意识和自驱力； 4. 有带10人以上团队，具备管理经验优先考虑； 5. 工作地点：上海市嘉定区，有知名互联网公司同类岗位就职五年以上的优先。
