1、负责得物电商搜索相关业务功能的开发、架构设计及优化； 2、保障搜索系统的高性能、高可用、高效率，支撑日趋复杂的业务需求迭代； 3、负责搜索相关的外围核心系统的架构设计和开发，为业务提供灵活、稳定、高效的解决方案； 4、参与生成搜索和生成式搜索的研发，推动AI技术在搜索中的应用，提高用户体验； 5、设计并实现智能代理（Agent）系统，提升用户交互的智能化和自动化水平； 跟进项目进度，接口规范制定，技术文档编写，确保项目进度和质量。

1、3年及以上Java后端服务开发经验，有搜索/推荐/广告等相关系统经验者优先； 2、熟悉Java主流技术栈，具有高并发开发经验和扎实的技术功底； 3、具有一定的系统设计和架构能力，能够独立完成系统的设计和实现； 4、有生成搜索、生成式搜索或智能代理相关项目经验者优先； 5、对新兴AI技术有较强的学习热情，能够适应新业务和新技术的快速发展变化； 6、优秀的分析解决问题的能力，有责任感，较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
