1、负责得物社区搜索相关业务&算法召回排序策略的开发、架构设计及优化； 2、保障搜索系统的高性能、高可用、高效率，支撑日趋复杂的业务需求迭代； 3、负责搜索相关的外围核心系统(query理解\评测平台\诊断分析体系)的架构设计和开发，为业务提供灵活、稳定、高效的解决方案； 4、跟进项目进度，接口规范制定，技术文档编写，确保项目进度和质量。

1、5年及以上Java后端服务开发经验，熟悉java主流技术栈，具有高并发开发经验和扎实的技术功底； 2、至少3年搜索/推荐/广告等相关系统经验，有复杂算法召回排序策略应用落地经验者优先. 3、具有一定的系统设计和架构能力，能够独立完成复杂系统和工程链路的设计和实现； 4、有良好的技术视野，能适应新业务新技术的快速发展变更，对于新业务新技术有持续的学习热情； 5、优秀的分析解决问题的能力，对数据和业务敏感，有复杂算法链路的诊断分析经验者优先。 6、有技术规划能力，较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
