1、3年及以上Java后端服务开发经验，有搜索/推荐/广告等相关系统经验者优先； 2、熟悉java主流技术栈，具有高并发开发经验和扎实的技术功底； 3、具有一定的系统设计和架构能力，能够独立完成系统的设计和实现； 4、有良好的技术视野，能适应新业务新技术的快速发展变更，对于新业务新技术有持续的学习热情； 5、优秀的分析解决问题的能力，有责任感，较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
