1、自驱能力强，工作积极主动，善于总结和思考； 2、5年以上Java及Java Web开发经验， 具有扎实的程序设计基本功，有志于从事技术工作，能够独立担当功能模块的设计开发； 3、 Java基础扎实，能够合理运用设计模式，掌握Java数据结构，多线程编程，Java NIO等； 4、熟练使用Java常用框架和工具，如 Spring boot 、Spring Cloud、Netty、SpringMVC、Mybatis等，熟练掌握中间件Kafka、ES、Dubbo、Netty等； 5、对代码有高追求，在可扩展性、可维护性、稳定性上要有自己的思考和落地； 6、需要有良好的业务敏感度，对业务问题有自己的思考并能提出自己的解决方案并落地 7、有互联网行业开发经验者优先，有智能客服相关业务开发经验者优先。
