1.负责得物App供应链业务系统核心架构设计，了解供应链整体流程和业务场景； 2.负责核心技术问题的攻关，技术方案的选型、系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题，产出优秀技术方案； 3.有数据分析能力、思维和一定的数据敏感度，能够深入了解业务痛点，主动思考寻求更优解决方案，拓展新的业务场景； 4.有AI技术在供应链全链路的编码落地和构建高可用的AI Agent系统经验，设计过Agent任务编排、实时推理以及效果评估体系； 5.熟悉AI代码生成工具，如Cursor、ClaudeCode等，熟练掌握SDD开发范式，有过项目中使用AI Coding落地经验。

1. 6年以上Java及Java Web开发经验， 具有扎实的程序设计基本功，能够独立担当功能模块的架构设计开发； 2. 理解Java常用设计模式，并且能够合理运用，基本技术特性，如Java数据结构，多线程编程，Java IO等； 3. 熟练使用Java常用框架和工具，如 Spring boot 、Spring Cloud、SpringMVC、Struts、Hibernate、Mybatis等； 4、熟悉数据库原理并熟练掌握相关优化方案，熟悉ORACLE、MySql数据库开发技术及相关工具，熟悉数据库设计，熟练掌握SQL语句； 5、具备强烈的责任心，思路清晰，较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力，良好的需求归纳分析和文档编写能力； 6、拥有较好的稳定性安全意识，主导过业务域稳定性全景治理，在稳定性场景上具备一定的方法论和思路； 7、具备AI应用开发经验，熟悉LLM（大语言模型）工程化落地，熟悉 RAG（检索增强生成） 架构、上下文工程等。
