岗位职责： 1、负责电商风控相关反欺诈、薅羊毛等业务对应算法模型的需求对接、开发、落地与维护； 2、负责风控机器学习算法的研发、评估和实施，包括前沿算法能力搭建与应用等； 3、协助业务部门提升整体风控能力，降低业务场景整体风险； 4、为相关风控业务提供数据挖掘及机器学习方面的模型服务支持。

1、统计学、应用数学、计算机软件等相关专业211本科以上学历，4年以上互联网企业风控算法实践经验； 2、对互联网电商业务有一定了解，熟悉3个以上电商风控业务场景，并对1个以上场景有较为深入的理解。 3、对数据敏感，具备根据风控业务抽象问题进行数据分析挖掘并实际解决问题，对使用机器学习解决实际问题有极强的热情； 4、优秀的沟通与表达能力及较强的自我驱动能力，乐于分享，敢于创新，具备较强的自我学习能力。
