The posting

岗位职责（需求定义）：

1、参与社区发布器相关产品能力建设，包括发布入口、发布流程、内容编辑、话题选择、AI 创作辅助、发布后引导等模块的需求设计与迭代优化。 2、协助产品经理完成用户场景分析、竞品调研、数据分析和需求拆解，输出产品方案、交互原型、PRD 文档及评审材料。 3、跟进需求从方案设计到上线落地的完整流程，协同设计、研发、算法、数据、运营等团队，推动项目按节奏交付。 4、关注创作者发布体验和内容供给效率，结合用户反馈、数据表现和业务目标，发现发布链路中的问题并提出优化建议。 5、参与 AI 创作助手、AI 试穿/试搭、话题推荐、发布激励等创新方向探索，协助完成产品方案设计和效果验证。

任职要求（能力模型）：

1、专业不限，产品、设计、计算机、新闻传播、心理学等相关背景优先。 2、对社区内容、创作者工具、AI 产品或年轻人消费社区有兴趣，平时有使用内容社区、电商社区或创作工具类产品的习惯。 3、具备基础产品思维，能够从用户场景出发分析问题，并将问题拆解为清晰的产品方案。 4、具备良好的逻辑表达和文档能力，能够独立完成简单的竞品分析、流程梳理、原型绘制和需求说明。 5、责任心强，沟通主动，执行力好，能适应多方协作和较快的业务节奏。 6、每周可实习 4 天及以上，连续实习 3 个月以上优先。 加分项 1、有内容社区、电商、AI 工具、创作者工具相关实习经验优先。 2、熟悉 Figma、Axure、飞书文档等产品工具优先。 3、对小红书、得物、B 站、抖音、微博、豆瓣等社区产品有自己的观察和理解优先。 4、有数据分析意识，能使用 SQL、Excel 或其他分析工具进行基础数据处理优先。 5、有 AI 产品使用经验，关注 AIGC、AI Agent、AI 创作辅助等方向优先。
