岗位职责 1、爆品识别与选品规划（看得到） 深度理解服装行业趋势与用户需求，以全网为参照基准，建立爆品发现机制：从站外社媒（小红书/抖音）、搜索热度、平台数据中敏锐捕捉趋势信号，结合供给现状识别品类红蓝海与价格带机会点；能够从海量商品中精准筛选出具备爆款潜力的标的，形成爆品储备池，制定爆品优先级与切入节奏； 2、爆品打造与放大（打得爆） 针对已选定的潜力爆品，从供给侧串联平台与商家保障货源深度与稳定性，从流量侧协调搜索、推荐、社区、活动等场域资源集中打爆；设计并落地爆品运营机制（冷启→起量→爆发→持续），通过价格策略、内容种草、站外引流、资源倾斜等组合拳实现爆品快速起量与GMV突破； 3、爆品供给保障与商家运营（供得上） 向前一步直接运营商家，围绕爆品生命周期协同商家保障供给——爆前锁货锁量、爆中快速补货、爆后延长生命周期；能够有效推动商家配合平台爆品策略（上新节奏、备货深度、价格跟齐、活动参与），保障爆品不断货、不降质、不乱价，最终实现订单与GMV目标达成； 4、爆品方法论沉淀与项目管理（可复制） 独立负责爆品运营横向项目，沉淀"选品→打爆→放量→持续"的可复制方法论；通过数据化手段追踪爆品成功率、爆发速度、生命周期GMV等核心指标，持续优化爆品运营效率，形成平台级爆品运营SOP。

职位要求 1、5年以上服装品牌方或电商平台爆品/商品运营经验，有实际操盘爆品的成功案例——从0到1打过爆款，熟悉服装品类从趋势发现到爆品放量的完整链路，对消费者行为、服装货品结构、价格带策略有深度理解及落地经验； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过搜索热度、社媒趋势、销售数据等多维数据源构建爆品识别模型；能通过数据拆解爆品增长驱动因素（流量×转化×客单×复购），找到增量机会点并快速验证； 3、有敏锐的趋势嗅觉和创新能力，能提前捕捉服装流行趋势并快速转化为爆品策略；能将创新打法通过运营手段落地为实际GMV增长，具备较好的组织协调及项目管理能力，以结果为导向； 4、执行力和抗压能力强，爆品运营节奏快、时效性强，能在高压下快速决策与执行；有较强的沟通协调能力，能有效撬动商家、流量、治理等多方资源协同打爆。
