1.本科及以上学历，3年以上运营/策略相关经验，有电商经验者优先。 2.逻辑严谨，框架性强，具备优秀的结构化思维与文字表达能力，能独立完成高质量汇报材料。 3.具备多职能团队管理经验，善于统筹协调，推动跨部门协作与复杂项目落地。 4.学习能力强，能快速理解鉴别业务流程与AI技术逻辑；抗压，自驱，结果导向。
