1、反洗钱策略体系建设：负责公司反洗钱（AML）风险策略体系的规划、设计与持续迭代，覆盖客户尽职调查（CDD/KYC）、交易监控、可疑交易报告（STR）等核心环节；制定和优化反洗钱风险评级模型及客户风险分类标准，建立差异化管控机制； 2、交易监控规则设计与调优：基于业务场景和监管要求，设计、部署并持续调优交易监控策略，提升可疑交易识别准确率，降低误报率；定期回溯分析规则有效性，结合案例复盘与数据洞察推动策略升级； 3、风险分析与案例研究：对典型洗钱案例、新型犯罪手法进行深度分析，提炼风险特征并转化为可落地的策略规则；参与重大可疑交易的调查研判，提供专业意见； 4、跨部门协作与赋能：与产品、技术、数据团队紧密协作，推动反洗钱策略的系统化落地与自动化能力建设；对业务团队进行反洗钱风险培训与合规赋能，提升一线风险意识；

岗位发展： 1、业务场景广：覆盖国际与国内电商及金融业务，反洗钱策略涉及场景丰富，发挥和拿结果的空间大； 2、从0到1建体系：有机会主导搭建公司反洗钱策略架构，深耕AML领域。

1、硕士及以上学历，统计学、计算机、金融、经济、数学等相关专业； 2、3年以上反洗钱/金融犯罪合规相关工作经验； 3、具备交易监控规则设计与调优经验，能独立完成策略从设计到上线的全流程； 4、数据分析能力强，熟练使用SQL进行数据提取与分析；

以下能力为必需： 1、反洗钱策略设计能力：能独立设计并落地交易监控规则、风险评级模型等AML核心策略； 2、数据分析能力：熟练SQL，能从数据中发现风险信号并驱动策略迭代； 3、风险判断能力：面对模糊监管要求或新型犯罪手法，能独立作出有依据的专业判断；

以下能力优先： 1、支付风险治理经验：熟悉支付场景下的风险管控逻辑，能快速迁移到反洗钱策略设计； 2、自动化/系统化能力：有推动策略系统化落地、与技术团队协作的经验； 3、Python/R数据建模能力。
