1、负责并参与业务线测试工作，产品质量保障、测试技术、工具和平台创新，围绕业务建立体系化的质量保障方案； 2、精通服务端、客户端测试方法、设计和流程；洞察测试过程中的风险与效率问题，针对性的制定改进方案，持续改善； 3、通过工程技术手段（如自动化、流量回放、资损防控、混沌工程等），构建质量工程体系和保障策略，提升测试质量和效率； 4.负责所在方向持续交付的多级流水线落地，并根据质量效率指标对整个研发流程进行改进; 5.能在工作过程中持续的进行总结与分享；

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有5年以上互联网测试工作经验，有支付结算金融业务背景和经验者优先； 2、有中大型项目的测试管理经验，出色的沟通协调能力，对过程风险及复杂问题的识别和处理能力； 3、精通多种软件测试方法，如：单元测试、接口测试、自动化测试、性能测试； 4、有质量专项的建设实践经验，如：全链路压测、自动化建设、流量回放、资损防控、稳定性测试等等； 5、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言如Java/JavaScript/Python/Shell等，具备良好的代码能力； 6、具备出色的执行和抗压能力，能主动反馈和积极思考。
