1.流程跟进与时效优化负责中台核心业务节点的日常监控与执行跟进；梳理作业卡点，协同上下游部门推进流程优化，保障业务交付效率与稳定性。 2.风控规则执行与预警协助落实业务风控策略，负责日常数据监控与异常跟进；执行标准化风控 SOP，跟进风险事件处理与复盘，降低业务损耗。 3.高价值客户服务运营对接并维护核心/高净值用户需求，执行差异化服务标准；跟进客诉与体验反馈，协同前端优化服务链路，提升用户满意度。 4.数字化工具落地与提效配合推进中台作业工具/系统的升级；负责新流程、新工具的测试、培训与一线推广，提升团队日常作业效率。 5.新业务/新类目支持配合业务团队完成新项目或新类目的落地执行；负责中台侧的资源协调与流程跑通，保障创新业务平稳过渡。 6.小组管理与经验沉淀负责中小规模团队（或核心小组）的日常管理与目标拆解；组织业务培训与复盘，沉淀操作 SOP，提升团队执行力与协同效率。

1.经验背景：统招本科及以上学历，3~5年运营/供应链/流程管理/客户服务相关经验，1年以上带小团队或核心项目管理经验。 2.执行与协同力：具备较强的落地执行力与跨部门沟通能力，能将复杂流程拆解为可执行的 SOP，并推动各方按时交付。 3.数据与风控意识：熟练使用 Excel/BI 等数据工具，能通过数据发现业务异常并提出优化建议；具备基础风控敏感度，能严格执行标准。 4.用户服务思维：理解高价值用户服务标准，有客诉处理、体验优化或 VIP 服务运营经验者优先。 5.学习与适应力：对业务数字化工具接受度高，能快速掌握新系统/新流程；抗压能力强，能高效处理多线并行任务。 6.加分项：有电商、零售、本地生活或复杂履约平台运营经验；有参与过流程优化或系统上线项目者优先。
