1、日常负责对应类目全链路运营工作，包含类目商品规划、商家管理、选品、活动策划、流量调配，完成类目核心业务指标。以及负责得物各大促节点（如双11大促等）的货品招商策划，围绕用户需求、大促主题，精准输出优势货品筛选标准、招商报名规则、商家触达策略；联动产品、研发等相关团队，保障招商活动顺利启动、有序推进。 2、深度研究行业发展趋势、赛道机会、竞品打法、用户需求变化，输出类目赛道研判与机会分析，定义类目发展方向、货品结构、价格带布局，挖掘新品、爆品机会，驱动类目规模与质量同步增长。 3、数据分析与策略优化：日常及大促活动期间，持续监测招商核心数据（报名商品数、流量、转化率等），跟踪指标变化趋势，结合数据深度洞察招商过程中的潜在问题与优化点，及时调整招商策略及商家运营动作，全力保障增量生意目标达成；活动结束后，全面复盘招商进度、活动效果，整理核心数据及优化方案，及时向上级同步复盘结果，为后续大促招商工作提供参考。

1、专业能力：具备扎实的类目招商策划、商家BD能力，熟悉招商全流程，能独立完成大促招商规则制定、商家触达及落地推进工作；具备良好的沟通协调能力，能高效联动产品、研发等跨部门团队，同时善于通过多渠道触达商家、传递招商政策。 2、数据分析能力：数据敏感度高，能熟练使用Excel vlookup/透视表等工具，会sql加分。并具备通过数据洞察问题、优化策略的能力，能独立完成数据复盘及方案输出。
