负责售后全流程体验优化、用户反馈闭环及核心业务指标（重点含退货降本）的协同落地，搭建高效的售后运营体系，降低用户投诉率、提升用户满意度，同时联动各相关环节，保障售后业务平稳运转，支撑团队OKR顺利达成。 1、售后体验优化：梳理售后全流程（咨询、售后申请、退货、理赔、售后跟进等），识别体验痛点，制定优化方案并推动落地，持续提升用户售后体验及流程效率； 2、核心指标协同：重点承接退货降本相关指标，联动产品、供应链、客服等部门，推进退货流程优化、异常退货管控、成本精细化管理，助力指标达成； 3、用户反馈管理：收集、整理用户售后反馈（投诉、建议、咨询等），建立反馈闭环机制，分析反馈背后的核心问题，输出改进建议并推动跨部门落地； 4、数据跟踪与分析：跟踪售后核心数据（退货率、投诉率、用户满意度等），定期输出数据分析报告，为优化决策提供数据支撑； 5、跨部门协同：联动客服、产品、仓储、采购等相关部门，推动售后相关问题的高效解决，搭建良好的跨部门协作机制。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年售后运营、用户体验运营相关工作经验，理工科背景优先，有电商、消费类行业售后运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉售后全流程，有退货管理、成本优化相关经验，能独立推进流程优化及指标落地者优先； 3、逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能快速识别售后流程痛点并提出可行的优化方案； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，善于推动跨部门协作，高效解决业务问题； 5、对数据敏感，能熟练使用Excel、WPS等办公软件，具备基础的数据统计与分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、推动优化； 6、责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备较强的抗压能力和执行力，能高效完成各项工作任务； 7、具备用户思维，注重用户体验，能站在用户角度思考问题，提升售后服务质量。
