1、低活人群补贴策略设计与运营 - 负责得物低活跃人群（如低频购、沉默用户、流失边缘用户等）的补贴策略设计、落地与迭代 - 基于用户行为、活跃度与生命周期阶段，构建分层化、差异化的补贴策略体系 - 对低活人群的转化率、唤醒率、复购率及补贴 ROI 负责 2、人群分层与策略机制建设 - 搭建低活人群的识别与分层逻辑（如活跃度、品类偏好、价格敏感度、历史补贴响应度等） - 设计不同人群层级对应的补贴深度、券型结构与投放节奏 - 持续优化人群策略边界，避免补贴滥用与对高活用户的负向迁移 3、补贴策略专项策划与执行 - 主导低活人群专项补贴项目，包括但不限于： - 低活唤醒专项 - 流失预警人群干预专项 - 重点类目 / 重点时点的低活转化专项 - 明确专项目标、人群范围、补贴投入与效果评估指标，确保专项策略可复盘、可放大 4、效果评估与数据分析 - 建立低活人群补贴效果评估体系，跟踪补贴带来的转化提升、增量 GMV 及长期价值（LTV）变化 - 通过 A/B 实验与对照分析，评估不同补贴策略的真实增量效果 - 基于数据结论，持续迭代补贴模型与投放规则 5、问题分析与风险控制 - 识别补贴策略在低活人群中的潜在风险，如套利、补贴依赖、错误激励等问题 - 针对策略执行中的异常波动或效果衰减，快速定位原因并制定调整方案 - 与风控、产品团队协同，完善补贴使用与人群命中规则 6、跨团队协同与机制共建 - 协同产品、算法、类目运营等团队，推动低活人群补贴策略的产品化与自动化 - 将策略需求沉淀为可复用的产品与机制能力，如人群圈选、补贴配置、效果监控等 - 在平台整体补贴体系中，明确低活人群策略的边界与定位，避免策略冲突与资源浪费

1、经验背景 - 3 年及以上策略运营 / 用户运营 / 商业化运营经验 - 有用户分层、补贴策略、增长或激活相关经验者优先 - 有电商或内容平台低活/流失人群运营经验者优先 2、能力要求 - 强数据分析能力，能独立完成策略评估与复盘 - 对用户行为和激励机制有较深理解，具备策略抽象能力 - 具备良好的跨团队沟通与推动能力 3、个人特质 - 理性、克制，对补贴投入与长期价值高度敏感 - 能在复杂约束下做取舍，兼顾短期效果与长期健康度 - 有耐心搭建长期策略体系，而非只追求短期拉升
