1、负责得物品牌设计工作，包括得物核心品牌升级，品牌事件传播，衍生品&周边设计，线下大型活动等设计落地。 2、能独立输出和带领项目小组推进项目进度，完成设计工作，有优秀的视觉表现力和业务理解能力。 3、能够协调团队设计资源，主导跨部门项目协作，实现设计的高质量落地并跟踪设计效果，带领项目组拿到结果。 4、具备前沿的品牌思维与技术能力，洞察用户审美需求，结合得物品牌核心调性打造差异性品牌价值。

1、6年以上品牌视觉设计经验，1-2年的团队/项目管理经验，拥有知名品牌完整大型设计项目经历，且有互联网头部品牌建设或品牌升级的成功落地案例。 2、擅长品牌视觉表达，能使用排版/3D/插画/字体设计等多种风格表达品牌差异化。 3、擅长团队协作沟通，能带领项目组高效完成设计提案，项目推动与总结复盘。具备良好的理解、表达、沟通及项目推动能力。 4、热爱探索新兴的技术，熟悉全球前沿品牌行业趋势和aigc相关知识。 5、有3年以上互联网工作经验优先。 6、本岗位必须附带个人作品&作品链接。
