1、负责得物可观测平台计算/存储/数据库/大数据等产品的架构设计与开发工作，基于公司的基础设施与中间件设计，探索并落地稳定性保障相关工作（容灾、容错、容量、应急快反），实现、优化业务保障相关产品和解决方案； 2、构建统一的全链路观测体系（metrics、log、event、trace），持续迭代优化产品体验； 3、构建一体化的风险、告警、异常、故障等健康管理体系，运用技术化的手段（巡检、诊断、预案、自愈）缩短 MTTR，保证生产稳定性； 4、持续跟进业界前沿技术方案并结合实际情况，探索可观测性产品建设方向并落地应用，持续提升基础设施的稳定性。

1、5年以上相关经验，包括稳定性保障/运维经验/架构师经验/性能调优等 2、有大规模分布式系统、基础设施系统等设计开发或运维保障实战经验，如复杂业务场景的流程优化、系统高可用性架构实现等； 3、对问题有清晰的分析逻辑和全局思维，能提出建设性的思路和解决方案，具备良好的沟通和结构化表达能力，有团队协作意识； 4、熟悉可靠性相关正向设计方法，对于数据分析； 5、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的计算机工程能力，熟练掌握一门以上的开发语言(Java/Go/C++)。
