【团队介绍】 得物社区推荐算法团队负责得物app中得物推荐页的内容推荐业务，直接优化得物社区流量的推荐算法策略和模型效果。我们的工作内容包含推荐漏斗的大规模推荐算法优化，包括但不限于召回、粗排、精排、重排算法和模型优化以及多模态、生成式推荐技术优化。 团队由来自不同背景的优秀同学组成，具备深厚理论基础和丰富行业实践经验。 (包括来自国内外知名大厂的前员工、推荐/广告/搜索算法领域的的专家等)，也有许多年轻高潜、成长迅速的superstar(清北复交等top学校的候选人)。团队技术氛围良好，既有充分的自由度进行前沿技术探索，又有大规模的业务场景进行落地验证，团队近年已有一些成果发表在SIGIR、AAAI、ACM MM、CIKM等顶会上。 团队整体核心业务稳定，创新场景丰富，成长空间巨大，亟待更多优秀的同学加入做更多有挑战的事！

职位描述 1. 负责信息流推荐的业务推荐算法工作，深入理解社区推荐业务形态。和产品运营一起制定业务目标和推荐策略，推进业务增长和前沿技术落地，完成整体业务目标； 2. 研究方向包括信息流推荐的召回、粗排、精排、重排等算法方向的算法优化，包括不限于图神经网络学习、多模态/大模型推荐技术、多目标优化、生成式推荐等方向的研究； 3. 深入参与深度学习技术研究方向，解决具体业务问题的同时，形成完整的方法论和创新的idea； 4. 组织推进组内以及跨部门合作项目，帮助团队进步和新人成长。

1. 本科及以上学历，具有推荐、广告、搜索算法、用户增长等领域的实践经验； 2. 掌握扎实的计算机科学基础知识 (数据结构/算法/网络等) ，具备优秀的编码能力 (至少熟练掌握 C++/Java/Python 等一种主流开发语言)； 3. 掌握机器学习的理论基础，熟悉经典的算法模型 (GBDT/LR/FM/DNN等) 和相关工具框架 (Tensorflow/PyTorch等)； 4. 具有敏锐的数据分析和洞察能力，熟悉常见的大数据开发工具(Spark/Hive/Hadoop等)； 5. 具有出色的解决问题能力、良好的理解沟通能力和优秀的团队合作意识，有激情、不畏难、乐于挑战； 6. 有学术成果优先，如KDD、SIGIR、AAAI、CIKM、ICDM等国际会议上发表过论文。
