Ø 根据部门内外部业务中长期需求，识别长期关注数据，搭建并落地客服数据产品，实现随时调取，数据看板，数据明细，将客服数据从基础功能向数据智能化转型，跨部门联动各团队实现数据产品持续性迭代；

Ø 与系统产品联动，实现自动化实时大屏滚动数据，构建用户链路行为数据模型与实时预警机制

【客服指标构建】

Ø 深入了解业务，按照服务体验链路构造对等可衡量的客服数据指标，完善服务体验可量化体系

Ø 根据业务发展，持续性迭代指标逻辑，保证逻辑的准确性和数据可靠性

【专项分析报告】

Ø 收集，整理，分析消费者声音，使用数据量化呈现用户反馈信息；

Ø 针对用户反馈信息进一步挖掘，分析用户需求，输出给到各团队，进而完善公司各条业务线发展；

Ø 根据业务需求，跟踪分析决策落地影响，进而做好决策支持

1、精通SQL，熟练掌握常用统计分析方法及模型，会使用Python 或 R等分析软件优先； 2、3年以上数据分析相关经验，熟悉掌握统计学，运筹学相关知识，有数据分析经验优先； 3、有良好的数据敏感度、具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，能够跨部门协调，有效整合资源推动业务发展； 4、从数据提炼核心结果，通过个人的分析结果获得业务方的认同以推动策略落地及迭代，得到相应的收益和效果。
