1.负责资金清结算核心系统（账户、清算、结算、对账中心）的架构设计与演进，保障高可用、高并发、高可扩展； 2.制定资金域中长期技术规划，识别架构瓶颈并输出演进Roadmap； 3.带领技术团队，负责任务分配、代码审查、人才培养与梯队建设，提升工程效能； 4.主导核心模块研发与技术难点攻关，保障资金数据准确性与系统稳定性； 5.协同产品、资金运营、财务、风控等团队，推动重点项目落地。

1.本科及以上学历，8年以上Java开发经验，3年以上架构设计经验； 2.五年以上资金清结算/支付/金融账户领域经验，深入理解支付、清算、结算、对账及会计核算逻辑； 3.Java基础扎实，精通Spring Cloud等主流框架及微服务架构； 4.深刻理解分布式事务、最终一致性、幂等、补偿机制等核心命题； 5.精通MySQL（事务/锁/分库分表/性能优化）、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ等中间件； 6.有主导大规模资金/高并发交易系统架构设计的实战经验； 7.对资金安全高度敏感，具备风险识别与防范能力； 8.三年以上团队管理经验，出色的跨部门沟通与推动能力。
