本科及以上，3年以上质量管理/运营策略经验，有电商或奢侈品行业背景优先。 数据敏感，逻辑清晰，能通过数据分析定位根因，具备系统性解决问题的能力。 目标导向，具备较强的项目统筹与跨部门推动能力。 风险意识敏锐，责任心强，能在高压下理性决策；学习与归纳能力突出。 沟通协作能力强，善于在多方博弈中坚守质量底线并推进共识。
