1、平台活动策划及落地：配合平台大促、品类活动等各类营销活动的策划执行落地，输出选品规则，并与业务侧协同落地； 2、商家营销活动管理：结合平台能力与商家诉求，让更多商家参与营销活动，包括不限于大促、社区推广、得物推等各类活动； 3、数据分析和复盘：搭建营销数据监控体系，监测流量、转化、供给价格力等核心数据，输出活动结果，复盘运营问题，快速迭代优化活动玩法，为活动目标达成负责； 4、跨部门协同与项目统筹：与国际供给招商、类目运营，得物平台搜推、补贴、社区等横向协作部门合作，保障营销全链路高效运转。

1、工作经验：本科及以上学历，拥有3-5年电商平台大促/活动运营/流量运营相关工作经验； 2、核心能力：数据敏感度高，擅长数据分析，熟练使用Excel等数据工具，可独立完成数据监控、复盘分析、问题拆解能力，能够通过数据发现运营痛点并落地优化； 3、流量管理：有过平台搜推、资源位流量管理经验优先，擅长通过规则设计、流控策略、供给调优，优化资源位坑产效率； 4、通用能力：逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通和表达，具备自主思考能力，对潮流电商和年轻用户有一定认识。
