1.经营分析与目标管理： 协助制定并拆解仓储业务年度/月度核心目标（成本、效率、质量等KPI），建立目标追踪与复盘机制，精准定位业务问题，推动目标达成闭环。 构建仓储经营分析框架，深刻理解业务增长动因，持续收敛关键输入指标，提升其与输出结果的相关性，打造可量化、可评估的经营评估体系。 2.指标体系与数据基建： 统筹仓储数据基建建设，推动核心数据与指标定义的标准统一，确保跨部门、跨系统的数据口径一致。 完善经营监控体系，搭建自动化数据监测看板，实现核心指标的实时监控与异常自动预警，大幅提升数据分析与监测效率。 结合业务发展规划，构建关键指标分析模型，支持战略精准落地与经营深度复盘。 3.业务洞察与策略支持： 深入掌握并直接管理过仓储全链路运营（包含但不限于入库、上架、存储、拣选、打包、出库、逆向等关键环节），通过专题分析识别运营瓶颈、效率洼地、成本优化点及潜在机会，输出具有前瞻性的分析结论和切实可行的策略建议。 基于对仓内业务的深刻理解，主导并成功输出多项降本、增效、提质的优化方案，并推动方案落地与效果追踪。 紧密协同运营、职能、规划等部门，将分析洞见转化为具体行动计划，并持续追踪方案实施效果，确保改进举措产生实际业务价值。 4.精益管理与流程优化： 运用精益管理理念与方法（如VSM价值流分析、5S、标准化作业等），深入业务一线，系统性地识别仓储作业流程中的浪费（如等待、搬运、过度加工、库存、动作、返工、过量生产等）及重复低效环节。 结合专业知识和数据分析，快速诊断问题根因，设计并主导/协同跨职能团队（运营、IT、工程等）实施流程优化方案，消除浪费，提升流程效率与质量，降低运营成本。 5.团队建设与跨部门协同： 负责仓储经营分析团队的搭建、管理与发展，确保团队成员具备直接支持仓储核心业务需求的能力。 培养团队成员的数据驱动思维、策略制定能力、精益改善意识 及对仓储运营细节的深刻理解。 有效推动跨部门沟通与协作，确保经营分析工作与整体业务目标协同一致。 总部项目承接与区域项目实施落地。

1、学历背景： 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、供应链管理、物流工程、工业工程等相关专业优先。 工作经验： 2、5年以上相关工作经验，其中至少3年在互联网、电商、物流或大型零售行业从事仓储运营管理、经营分析、策略分析或目标管理工作。 3、具备直接管理仓储业务的实战经验，对仓内各环节（入库、存储、拣选、打包、出库、逆向等）的流程、痛点和优化点有深刻理解和实操经验。 4、具备头部电商平台或头部物流企业（如京东、菜鸟、美团、顺丰、亚马逊等）仓储/供应链相关岗位的从业背景，熟悉仓储物流核心业务逻辑。 5、具备丰富的精益管理或持续改进项目实践经验者优先。 7、极强的数据分析能力： 精通Excel、SQL、Python等数据分析工具，能独立完成复杂分析专题，精准定位业务问题；熟练使用数据可视化工具（如Tableau、Power BI）。 8、强大的抗压能力与适应性： 能适应快节奏、高强度的工作环境，具备应对大促、业务高峰等极端波动的抗压能力和快速响应能力。
