二）搜索策略优化： 1. 负责服装类目下搜索关键词的优化，提升搜索结果的准确性和相关性。 2. 根据用户搜索行为、行业趋势和季节性需求，制定并调整搜索策略。 3. 监控并分析搜索数据，提出优化建议，提升搜索转化率。

三）商品导购、排序与展示优化： 1. 根据用户需求、行为、商品销量、评价等数据，优化商品在搜索导购、结果中的排序规则。 2. 与算法团队合作，推动服装类目下个性化推荐和搜索算法的优化。 3. 确保行业重点品类商品、新品、促销商品等在搜索结果中得到合理曝光。

四）跨部门协作： 1. 与产品、技术、算法团队紧密合作，推动搜索功能的迭代和优化。 2. 与服装行业运营团队协作，确保商品信息的准确性和完整性。

五）搜索运营工具的使用与优化： 1. 熟练使用电商平台的数据看板、搜索运营工具，进行关键词管理、商品标签优化等工作。 2. 根据业务需求，提出数据看板、搜索工具的功能优化建议，提升运营效率。

任职要求： 一）教育背景： 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、数据分析、计算机等相关专业优先。

二）工作经验： 1. 4-5年以上电商平台搜索运营、商品运营或相关工作经验，有服装行业经验者优先。 2. 熟悉电商平台的搜索算法和排序规则，具备一定的数据分析能力。

三）技能要求： 1. 熟练使用Excel、SQL等数据分析工具，能够进行数据挖掘和分析。 2. 对用户搜索行为有深刻理解，能够根据数据提出优化建议。 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与多个部门协同工作。 4. 对服装行业有深入了解，熟悉服装类目的商品特性和用户需求。
