岗位职责： 1、参与国际化电商物流供应链产品能力建设，负责国际电商保税仓，海外寄售仓，现货 商家入仓产品体验，为平台商家提供 入库申请，打包规范，发货入库及入库单全生命周期管理，支持跨境出口，进口 及 本对本业务快速发展。 2、贴近业务和产品目标用户，深入理解进出口业务电商物流、供应链管理的业务全过程，并能结合跨境业态的特点进行商流与物流相结合的创新，提升物流履约的能力。 3、分析电商及供应链业务的需求，设计可灵活拓展，可复用的产品架构，形成不同业务线的产品解决方案。 4、面向用户，贴近一线运营，结合业务业务需求，做好跨部门沟通协作，最大限度挖掘业务的商业价值和产品用户价值。 5、具备较强的Owner意识，作为业务与开发的沟通桥梁，抽象提炼需求，与内外部团队协作推进产品的研发落地。

任职要求： 1、具备平台电商商家产品或者商家备货入仓产品落地经验，对平台电商商家入库规范和产品体验有深刻理解； 2、有跨境进/出口平台电商业务经验、有直邮、保税业务经验者优先； 3、数据驱动，具有业务思维，善于从业务视角分析问题并提出产品解决方案； 4、自驱力强、善于沟通、协调资源能力强，善于利用自己的影响力推动相关协作方，推进需求落地； 5、具有较好的学习能力，较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，逻辑思维缜密，抗压能力强； 6、英语可作为工作语言者优先。
