1、负责得物社区活动玩法、会场搭建及中后台系统的前端开发与架构设计； 2、针对高并发活动场景进行性能优化，沉淀可复用组件，提升页面搭建效率； 3、参与中后台工程化建设，优化开发体验，提升业务交付效率； 4、探索AI能力在运营提效场景的落地；

1、本科及以上学历，2~5年工作经验，前端基础扎实； 2、精通HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript，熟练掌握React技术栈，有移动端H5或中后台复杂项目经验； 3、具备全栈开发能力，熟悉Node.js及至少一种数据库，能独立完成BFF层开发； 4、有AI应用落地经验：熟悉大模型API接入、流式处理（SSE/WebSocket），了解LangChain/Dify等框架者优先； 5、有Owner意识，良好的沟通协作能力，对新技术有好奇心。
