1、本科及以上学历毕业，3-5年工作经验，有采写电商、消费、零售等相关选题的经历； 2、有深度报道记者、4A公司笔杆子、平台公司核心写手、互联网公关策划背景优先； 3、强信息挖掘和解读能力，能将公司信息与电商/消费行业趋势关联，形成有价值的叙事主线； 4、有观点的写作能力：文字清爽、逻辑清楚，能输出观点； 5、独立采写能力，能完整承接从选题策划到稿件交付的全流程； 6、具备量化传播思路，能将内容输出转化为可衡量的业务价值； 7、有建立叙事的意识——让恰如其分的内容在市场上持续流动，形成与上下游伙伴和用户的互动； 8、能对他人稿件做基础编辑，具备协作意识； 9、自律、自驱力强、向前一步，持续精进，有较强的学习能力。
