1.负责公司电商业务的实时数据开发，为大规模搜索和推荐业务，设计并实现合理、高性能、可扩展的实时数据系统； 2.深入搜索和推荐系统链路，通过实时、丰富、可靠的数据服务，负责算法正倒排数据的研发，提升系统性能和推荐效果； 3.负责实时计算系统的开发，通过对数据流处理节点的DAG编排，提供一站式的实时业务计算平台； 4.负责搜索Dump平台的系统开发，为搜索和推荐引擎提供实时、可靠的数据Dump加工服务；

1.至少3-5年实时数仓相关工作经验； 2.熟练掌握Spark、Flink、Kafka等大数据批流应用开发，熟悉原理与性能调优； 3.熟练掌握Java基础，熟悉IO、多线程、缓存、消息、数据库等分布式中间件，深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，扎实的编程能力； 4.熟悉Hive、HDFS、HBase、ClicHouse等大数据系统的原理和应用； 5.具有快速定位问题的能力和较强的学习能力； 6.业务理解能力强，善于思考和沟通，有责任心和团队精神； 7.有搜索、推荐、广告相关领域的相关开发经验或大数据平台开发经验加分。
