1、洞察得物商业化客户的需求和流量特点，设计得物外投广告投放策略，提升平台架构合理性，充分发挥算法价值。在客户体验/投放效率/媒体变现效率和平台长期收益中寻找更优解。包括但不限于广告归因、转化回传、人群策略、DPA和RTA等产品能力构建； 2、高效协同用户产品、研发团队等资源，实现产品方案，并推动落地并达成产品目标； 3、关注行业动态，深入理解市场和客户需求，不断研究营销新玩法，进行商业模式和产品创新； 4、与业务团队紧密合作，将产品高效推广到市场。定期结合市场反馈与运营分析，制定产品优化方向，推动产品迭代 5、熟悉数据分析方法，能够结合业务、行业、业界、市场趋势，提炼观点并驱动产品优化迭代

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网商业产品经验； 2、深入理解广告策略和算法，有判断力和快速学习能力； 3、熟悉国内外增长/外投/联盟广告类广告产品，有自己的理解和思考； 4、对产品充满激情，有很强的沟通和跨团队推动能力； 5、有很强的客户思维，不拘泥于现状，从客户诉求出发推动产品创新； 6、对数据敏感，有一定数据分析能力，熟练掌握SQL
