【岗位职责】 1. 监控站内外趋势热度商品，结合品类重点拓供方向、营销节点与商家自主需求制定商品上架计划，保证新品覆盖率及上架及时性。追踪商品出价率并联动行业运营进行出价补充。 2. 负责行业备货计划，追踪库存周转及缺货率等核心指标，建立缺货风险预警机制，联动行业运营快速开展补货动作，降低因缺货导致的销售流失，推动备货闭环落地。 3. 优化商详参数及图片信息，提升商品运营分及流量承接效率。定期对外包团队进行培训，优化迭代商品上架规则，对外部产出质量负责；借助 AI 工具提升商品运营效率，持续优化运营流程与产能。 4. 负责履约全链路优化，与供应链、商品研究中心及客服等团队定期开展数据复盘，识别优化空间。关注用户原声、舆情及客服高频咨询问题，定位共性痛点并推动解决。 5. 负责行业品牌落库审核，核验品牌资料、授权链路、信息真实性，完成品牌等级打分。联动商品研究中心针对趋势供给提需鉴别攻克，协同行业运营提升优质供给经营效率。 6. 对接交易中台治理规则，定期针对抄袭商品进行管控治理，维护平台商品原创性与品牌权益；针对重复上架及同质化商品开展日常巡检并治理，持续迭代管理机制，防止问题反复。
