1. 负责基础架构类中间件（如RocketMQ、Kafka、注册中心、网关、Redis等）、云原生产品（K8S、容器等）的质量保障工作以及稳定性工作，包括但不限于版本质量保证、可靠性、可用性、E2E场景、混沌、长稳测试、故障模拟演练等； 2. 管理并执行测试计划，设计测试方案和执行测试用例，进行缺陷跟踪和管理，确保测试覆盖全面，即使发现并 报告潜在风险； 3. 与研发、运维团队协作，理解业务需求，为提升系统稳定性和使用效率提供有价值的反馈； 4. 分析测试结果，定位问题，协助开发团队优化代码和架构设计； 5. 负责测试环境搭建、维护和优化； 6. 分析测试结果，总结质量评估、定位问题，与开发团队协作以推动问题解决。

1. 计算机本科及以上学历，3年以上中间件、云原生、分布式存储等产品质量保证和稳定性相关工作经验，包括故障注入、混沌工程、高可用、可靠性测试等； 2. 对测试开发理解深入，了解业界自动化测试方案方法和工具，能够能用Java/Python等语言编写自动化测试用例； 3. 熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统基础原理； 4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、较强的团队合作精神、优秀的执行能力； 5. 有不错的工作抗压能力和较强的责任心，富有激情，做事客观公正且能够主动思考。
